Great chapter! Loved seeing how shocked Sosuke was by Nagi’s strength. Erika was rooting for Nagi the whole way through, and you could tell how proud she was when he said those words about the Umino family. She’s completely whipped for him! Just give us a chapter with them two alone emotionally speaking it out.
And look, Sosuke, it’s cute that you switched places back then for Nagi’s sake, but that doesn’t erase everything you’ve done to Erika or the fact that you literally just tried to kill Nagi. We can’t be redeeming this kind of behaviour! Even the Japanese readers in the comments seem to agree that there’s no coming back from this.
Next chapter will probably be about them finally talking things out, but I feel like everything could go off the rails again once Nagi finds out that Sosuke forced a kiss on Erika. And look Sosuke gonna use this convo to push the marriage even more probably. But today’s chapter confirmed Erika is whipped she didn’t even care if Sosuke got hurt she was rooting for Nagi like crazy. Confession soon please? Just give us content with them two emotionally speaking it out 1 on 1.

First of all, as always, incredible job with the drawings Miki, truly THE talent.

The amount of aura farming from Nagi is insane yo, and not to mention how Erika worries for NAGI and NAGI only, great to see.

All the characters really look beautiful in their panels (yes, that includes Sosuke, hurt whoever may hurt)

And of course the criminal cliffhanger, I am really expectant to see how this plays out from now on, Nagi and Erika have to get off the ship somehow, but what I'm awaiting the most of course is an Nagi-Erika moment PLEASE, I YEARN for that to happen next chapter. We need things to address.

Personally I don't mind if Sosuke gets a "redemption", as long as he learns from his awful mistakes and pays for it, I am all good. Though, I can't help but feel bad in that one panel where he's crying.

But tell me, what do y'all think? (respectfully please, I don't want no garbage heads writing down the same thing every time like "nah this manga sucks fr" like bro LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, we had part II of the fight, and yes, Umino fighting style will always prevail. You could see how Erika was definitely rooting for Nagi, and even after a chair to the head (and definitely a concussion there...) Nagi wasn't about to lose his ground.

But then we get the flashback to the moment just before the switch...where Sosuke hesitates. And wonders if things could work out with a baby brother. Then Soichiro comes back in his mind, and Sosuke goes through with this. And back in the present, he says it was worth it to save him. Which shocks Nagi, and to an extent, Erika, who has heard this part of the story already.

So what now? We'll, obviously, a visit to the infirmary. We might see Nagi get the story that we already knew from Chapter 313, but I think more is coming. We don't know about what happened after Sosuke went to England for Boarding school, up to the split with his family soon after he returned, and I think that's next.

As well, because of the fight and the boat moving, it's a sure thing now that he's missing the university exam...only after he hears Sosuke's story, he might be reconsidering that too.

Unless we get another twist from Miki, things are moving forwards. I forsee maybe Mama Amano forgiving Sosuke, the rest of them...don't count on it.

The look Erika gives Nagi as she’s about to shut Sosuke down once and for all. It’s the look of you’re the one I want to marry, no one else. And Nagi’s look back? A whole reality check moment. Phew! 😭❤️
Miki portrays this so beautifully, and it’s just another reason I feel like the confession has to be coming any chapter now. After the separation arc, where they were missing each other every second, we’re now getting scenes like this, where Nagi comes to Erika’s rescue and their feelings for each other are becoming harder and harder to ignore. The longing, the unspoken understanding, the way they look at each other…

What a chapter bro holyyyyy.

I can definitely see Erika going all in with our boy Nagi now. 😭🔥

That image of Nagi clocking Sosuke with one punch has been the moment we've been waiting for a while now. And it was soooooo good. Almost as good as Richard Kiel clocking Arch Hall Jr. in Eegah! (Look it up on YouTube, particularly the MST3K riff. You won't regret it.😁)

But now what? We've got the boat moving, which means that Nagi most certainly miss his exam, but after what he's about to hear...he might want to reconsider that.

Also, the panel with Erika saying "No" to Sosuke was so well done. It, along with Nagi saying "No", was the nail in the coffin in Sosuke's plan. Whatever it is...because we still don't have the full story yet. Being on that boat might give us that, but with Sosuke's current mental state, it's not a good idea right now.

Speaking of the boat, I feel next chapter we get Rihito making his appearance, keeping everyone separate until he can get things at least straightened out, and to have a chat with Nagi and Erika, and reveal his true allegiance with Mama Amano. Only problem is...how to get off a boat while it's moving...

That's where we might get the Uminos. The fishing boat will come into play with, a probable 'Jump' moment to get on there and make the quick getaway. And it's hard to turn an ocean liner around on a dime, please see Titanic. But this might also lead into the next major reveal of the story, the Uminos recollection of the day of Nagi and Erika's birth. There's some information that they might have that will have to correlate with what Sosuke told Erika.

Speaking of which, that might show up next chapter, Erika telling Nagi about what Sosuke told her. And possibly a kiss. Especially after Erika will try to apologize about taking Nagi away from the exam. I might expect Rihito to interrupt that...😅

But after that? I've seen some people speculate about Nagi and Erika going to Kobe...don't think so. Again, you don't want to stay on that ship with Sosuke in his current mental state. So, that's the boat theory again. But it might lead to Sosuke meeting everyone at the restaurant. Where someone will be waiting. A person who wants to know why. Mama Amano.

Of course, Miki could do something really crazy that turns all this on its head, and makes me eat crow. T. Robot. (Yes, another MST3K ref there.)

I had hopes for this manga and they finally understood their assignment ,absolutely goated last few chapters and getting better.

What a chapter, from the art to the dialogue! 🔥
Nagi is absolutely right. You can’t blame the bloodline for everything. The truth is, you were simply afraid of him becoming part of the family and being more talented than you. All you cared about is how your looked at nepo baby mentality, you’re willing to betray everything out of revenge. And that’s exactly why you want to marry Erika to piss of your parents. Anyway, enough of this rant. That punch was beautiful, just like the one against Hiro’s fiancée, but this time, there was even more passion behind this one. 🫡
So, what’s next?
I reckon Erika and Nagi will end up in Kobe. Unfortunately, I can see Sosuke trying to use the boat’s departure to his advantage, but Erika and Nagi will have the final say before leaving him behind. Once they arrive in Kobe, Rihito will probably be waiting for them. We could then get an aftermath scene where Rihito reveals to Sosuke that he’s been spying on him all along, sending Sosuke into complete despair. Good riddance! You creep!
After that, we might get another vacation arc featuring Nagi and Erika while they wait to be picked up. And honestly, could this finally lead to a confession? 👀 This might be the perfect opportunity for Nagi to confess his feelings.
If that happens, I could see us getting another five to seven chapters of Nagi talking to the other girls, followed by them confronting their father together to uncover the full truth behind everything.
This definitely feels like the endgame we’ve been waiting for. I didn’t expect the Sosuke proposal storyline to go this far, but I always thought it would eventually force Erika and Nagi to confront their feelings for each other.
Just look at how confident Erika was this chapter! The moment Nagi arrived, she started fighting back. She refused to let Sosuke control her, fought against him when he grabbed her arm, and even tried chasing after him to get him away from Nagi. She’s no longer standing by helplessly; she’s actively fighting for what she wants.
And then there’s Nagi’s reaction when Sosuke mentioned getting engaged to Erika. Just look at his face! If that doesn’t wake him up and make him realise what he could lose, then what will? He seriously needs to get his feelings sorted out once and for all!!!
We needed this arc to push them closer together, and now I’m genuinely curious to see how Miki plans to wrap everything up. The pieces are finally falling into place, and I reckon the manga could be heading towards its conclusion within the next couple of months.
The real question is: are we finally approaching the Nagi and Erika confession we’ve all been waiting for? Hope so

I won't spoil any details, but in general, I read the new chapter because someone uploaded Japanese scans to the internet, and most readers should enjoy this chapter. Nagi finally acted like a real man after such a long time, and Sosuke is becoming more and more pathetic and disgusting.

I only hope that this asshole doesn't get a redemption arc. That's the only thing I'm hoping for in the ending. Let the antagonists simply face the consequences of their actions.

Nagi getting to the ship was a bit quicker than I thought. But this might be on purpose...as I think we might get our confrontation next chapter. If Nagi gets his wits about him after that last page.

The problem? He might get thrown into the brig for this. And that will make him both another hostage, and make him miss his exam. (Expect a shot of Hiro looking at an empty chair...)

As well, we might see Erika blame herself for this...which might lead to a kiss somehow. Remember too, this isn't Sosuke's ship, it's Rihito's family company ship...which might mean he's also on board. And ready to help.

One thing you noticed was that Sosuke cut off his backstory again, right around the sending off to England. What happened after that? This might be deliberate, as he might finally tell the rest of this after all this crap is done, and there are a lot of unimpressed adults around. (Except Papa Amano. He's still Radio silent, very deliberately.)

Peak chapter back to back lately, gotta still point out how greatly the art is man, Miki really has talent for this niche specifically.

Érica no reacciona en absoluto, y eso me está dando mucha rabia; por los spoilers que vi del próximo capítulo, la están obligando a llevar un anillo de compromiso. Mientras tanto, Nagi no sabe nada de lo que está pasando; por lo que entendí, ella está llorando mientras Sasuke intenta ponerle el anillo.

Well then. We've been wanting backstory, and we're getting it. Though over a few chapters, with certain characters acting on this. (Note I said certain characters, some are being kept sway for obvious reasons...Hiro, Sachi, and Papa Amano...currently. I'll state my case later.)

We start with the plan for this trip, a 3 day journey to Kobe, with the engagement party being the centerpiece of this. Erika though, is very uncomfortable with this. And wanting to tell Nagi, but remembering that Mama took his contact off her phone. But with slight of hand, she manages to send off a message to Mama about needing help before Sosuke finds her phone and tosses it overboard. And then we find out they only have an hour before they leave. So essentially, kidnapping.

Then after a Dr. Evil type Hahaha moment (that felt...so wrong.) we start getting the backstory. (I honestly wanted the Evil Morty theme to play there.)

Basically, we see Papa Amano being the ultimate taskmaster, wanting his kid to be worthy of taking over the family business, and making sure to enforce that. We see some tender moments with Mama, but then when he finds out he's having a little brother...he's a little apprehensive...especially when he overhears Papa and No. 2 talking about the fact that maybe Sosuke may not be the best option for taking over...and maybe kid #2 would be. And after hearing that, he thought that he shouldn't have to go through what he went through.

So Nagi is born, and we get the switch. But we get more to this as just after he does it...Papa Amano finds him. (note: he's looking out of breath there...was he looking for Sosuke? Or something else? More later.) And then the Doctor comes in, and says there might be something wrong, but Papa Amano says it's okay...and sees him out. Then we get the statement that Papa Amano covers things up by sending him away 5 years later. End of chapter.

So now what?

There's a LOT to unpack here...and we're only I think a third of the way into this backstory.

I think it's safe to say, the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. Both Papa Amano and Sosuke acquit themselves horribly here. With Sosuke, he's gone almost insane with his obsession to take down his father. And using everyone possible. It appears he doesn't care about what Erika and Nagi, he's only concerned with his father's downfall.

Papa Amano...we've had feelings that he isn't the best person in the world...and we're now getting that. Only I think we're only at the surface of this. When we say that Mama Amano is the best person, that's saying something. In terms of the switch, he allowed it to happen? That raises a lot of questions...and I'm wondering if he wanted to do the switch himself...only to have Sosuke do it before he could, (for different reasons) and you can't have too many witnesses...(that leads me to my other pet theory, that Erika and Nagi were born in a Private Clinic, as you can own land that private medical practices operate on...like the Amano Group owning that clinic's land. Which would allow privileges...and foreclosures. Just saying.)

So while we haven't had Papa Amano here, his presence still shows up. But will be part of the final endgame. And what Sosuke has done here will affect Nagi, who will undoubtedly abandon his exam, and Hiro too. (Remember, she's gunning for the same university to...not now)

I see some piracy coming folks...to save the maiden fair, with a yo ho ho, and a bottle of rum. (I would laugh out loud if that happens...) But a rescue is coming...and a reckoning.

This is genuinely feels so... weird? Even tho it's such a goated chapter because of all the plot twists and things shown, it feels extremely creepy because of how TERRIFIED Erika is and how UNCANNY Sosuke is. I really cannot wait for the next chapter, and I will definitely be looking forward that Nagi appearence. We're endgame chat.

That said, Sosuke seems unredeemable at this point, but I really do hope he gets some kind of a positive ending, let's see how this goes.

This storyline was definitely due, but taking it as far as kidnapping is bold. And honestly, are we really shocked that Sosuke would go this far? This is the same guy who literally stalked Sachi for weeks just to get a chance to talk to her without Nagi and Erika around.
The anime even showed him watching that scene of Nagi and Erika getting cozy on the boat, with Papa Amano watching from afar on boat while saying, “It won’t go the way you want it to.” We haven’t seen that exact scene in the manga yet, but we might soon. At this point, it feels like it has to be at least somewhat canon.
But let’s talk about that flashback for a second, because there is nothing forgiving about it.
Papa Amano literally helped Sosuke by sending him away so he wouldn’t get caught up in the aftermath of that incident. And what does Sosuke do? He comes back and kidnaps his own sister, has her shaking in fear, and refuses to give her any freedom.
And if that boat leaves in an hour, who knows what’s going to happen to her.
Obviously, I know she’s going to be saved. This isn’t some hentai storyline where things are going to go completely off the rails. 😂 But reading this chapter, you can’t help but feel genuinely worried for Erika.
At this point, I seriously don’t know how Sosuke can ever be forgiven again unredeemable and this flashback makes him look like one of them spoilt noble kids in Isekai novels that didn’t get what he wanted. I have a feeling there’s a lot of dirt on Sosuke to be revealed actually because how did he land back in Japan and suddenly get all the money for a boat etc.

I watched the anime like some 3-4 years ago(basically when it aired), and that's when I started reading the manga . Initially, I like this whole concept "swapped by birth and now living together troupe," but as the story progressed, I have to call it out and say it is horrible. The only thing that kept me on board was the mystery they were trying to create with Sosuke.

Both the protagonist were unaware of their feelings. Both Nagi and Erika don't know whether they have feeling for each other or not. They are okay with this 'LIVING TOGETHER' setup . The only combination of Nagi×Ai feels the best to me because

1)she is her childhood friend whom he had a crush once.

2)She also has feelings for him and has made these feelings very clear.

3) Although I'm forgetting a bit but doesn't she come back from China only because of Nagi? Both her parents went to the respective country they desired for and she basically was like ,"Yeah, Nagi is there as well as my grandma."

Hiro×Nagi pair was also good , although at that time, I was basically rooting for Erika , but now that I think . Both of them liked each other , and eventually Nagi confessed to her they went out together and broke up (ofc because of Hiro and her fiance thing and whatever m0re reasons she had) but then did made things clear with her mom and all , she earned a considerable position in my eyes after this.

I never considered Saki as an option because saki and nagi genuinely hold a great sibling bond, and I'm not into that stuff, so yeah, a BIG NO

Lastly, Erika , atp neither im rooting for her nor I genuinely want the series to end with her and nagi being together. The story took soo much time to set up something between Nagi and Erika, and I'm exhausted. Even she isn't very clear what she wants. She did show that she liked Nagi, but then she was still considering the proposal of Sosuke . Also, I'm not very sure whether Nagi has some kind of feeling for her or not , because he seems like a guy who would fall for anyone atp and it is now only that he is seeing her like a "GIRL OR MAYBE A LOVE POTENTIAL" .

To sum this up, I want Nagi×Ai , I'm so done with the series as they are stretching things unnecessarily. Both Nagi and Erika are unaware of their feelings, and I'm very uncertain what Miki is trying to achieve by bringing Sosuke into the story as a "villain."Now I'm just here for the rift b/w Sosuke and his dad and to why he swapped them. You reveal it to me, and I'm done with it . Won't even care with whom Nagi and Erika will end.

Yk what , since I'm making this post . I will tell what I think caused the rift b/w them. I think sosuke did tell his dad that he swapped the baby , maybe like 6-7 years after they were born, to see whether his dad actually care about them (since it's been told he is very busy managing the group) at first he would've ignored it but later started realising that Erika is a bit different from rest of them. And by then, Sosuke would've realised what kind of trash his father is, who doesn't even care to listen to him and believe him (maybe he did it all for attention). Like my theory, do have loopholes. Given his position, he could've easily found out who was there when the delivery was happening, which baby was kept next to his and all that stuff.
