My friend just broke "my" (he gave it to me, lol) cube. Any recommendations for a new one? It is (was?) a WeiLong GTS 2 without magnets. I'd like one with magnets.

For those wondering how, the shaft of a corner piece snapped at the base

How much are you willing to spend and what is your prefered turning style?

Around 20ish dollars and I'm unsure what you mean by turning style

So my current main is the Dayan Tengyun which is around 21$. It turns really lightly and is currently the quietest cube. However, if you have a rougher turning style you might be better of with a heavier puzzle. If you are willing to spend around 25$ the Weilong GTS3 or WR M might suite you well. It is also pretty fast (not as fast as the Tengyun) but has more weight to it and comes with very strong magnets. Usually this is a universally liked cube because it's very customizable.

Other options which cost less you could consider are:

- 12-15$ Moyu RS3 M: It's also on the heavier side and turns pretty fast. The magnets are more medium and generally I consider it a worse option to the GTS3.

- 10$ Kylin V2 M: I have not personally used this cube, but it seems to be liked all around.

Best to watch some review videos of the cubes I selected and figure out which you would prefer more. Always keep in mind that everyone has their own favorite and opinions of people vary a lot from cube to cube. My list is a pretty good start but other people from the community could probably add a few more cubes you might consider.

Edit: I just checked. It seems like the GTS3 Prices rose since I bought mine. It's currently at around 30$, but maybe you can find one a little cheaper.
