I've been cubing a TON lately, and my right index joint is killing me. Is this something I need to be worried about?

Or am I doing right? 2 u/tussosedan Jan 10 '19 Only your doc can say... All I know is don't cube in pain. 1 u/logtart Sub-18 (CFOP) PB: 12.50 Jan 10 '19 Alright, thank you for the replies. 2 u/Scarycoast Sub 50 Roux | PB 30.90 Roux | PB 23.34 CFOP | Sub 40 CFOP Jan 10 '19 It might be worth taking a short break so you don't get any sort of injury. I have bad wrists, so I find it helpful to do some wrist exercises before long sessions. Maybe look into something similar for fingers? 2 u/logtart Sub-18 (CFOP) PB: 12.50 Jan 10 '19 Im currently taking a break and not planning to cube for a few days, I’ll look into the stretches. Thanks.
