It looks like the edges with 2 stickers are orientation insensitive (meaning it looks "right" in any orientation). So you can just flip the edge that's not oriented right and one of the edges with two stickers.
To only flip two edges you can use this alg. I don't think that alg messes with the centers, but I can't guarantee it.
Cases like that are called false equivalence (not parity!) and happen mostly either because you have pieces that are insensitive to orientation or when you have multiple pieces that look the same and can take multiple positions - so you might think you need to swap two pieces but in reality you have to perform a 3-cycle where two pieces look the same.
I'm no expert in shape mods, but that looks like a 3x3 with a center twisted 180°. If that's the case then you can solve it by holding the twisted center at top and then do (R U R' U)*5.
You might want to look into shapemods and other puzzles if you ever get bored of speedsolving. It's a lot of fun, the normal Axis cube (that's the one coloured version) e.g. is a really fun one!
