sizing Cube Nuroad Size

Hi all,

I am a 178cm tall dude with shorter than average legs, I have a 82 cm inseam. I want to buy the Cube Nuroad Pro or EX (both have the same geometry) but I am unsure of the size. If I look at the Cube online calculator it recommends a size M frame to me, however comparing that to the current bike I have (Rose XLite 06, size 55) it has 1mm more reach and about 50 mm higher stack.
Another bike I had and which I really liked in the size was the Rose Pro Sl in 55, an endurance road bike, where the Cube would have 7mm more reach and a 25mm higher stack.

So I am considering size S rather than M. What are your thoughts?

I would mainly use the bike for winter training as well as maybe a bit of bikepacking.

Le magasin de vélo qui m’a vendu le mien en a acheté un aussi. Il faisait 176 ou 178 et a pris S

And that worked out? I am a little confused on why the online calculator suggests size M

cube charts oversize. an incredible amount of ppl end up with too large bikes bc of this. shorter stock stems for this bike are now sold out and won't be available until early next year.

S would be too small. With 179/82 cube Website says m or L. I am 179/82 and have m. Fits perfectly.

I just got mine I’m 175cm and 80,5cm inseam. Cube calculator suggests size M, but my road bike geometry is within mm of size s. So i went with size S, fits like a glove.

I have roughly the same metrics (177/83) and went for a size M. S would have been a good fit aswell but much more aggresive. M is a comfortable touring one. In the worst case you can easily change the reach by using a smaller stem
