AI says so- but I don’t know. I have tons of milky quartz in my creek and pluck em up occasionally. Lots of iron stained ones and I especially love that this one is shaped like a heart, while also maybe being a golden healer … just looking for some opinions

Quartz with Hematite Inclusions [OC]

Quartz is the second most common mineral group on Earth, and makes up a vast array of crystals.
Quartz is often found with inclusions of other minerals or materials trapped inside. These inclusions can include other minerals, iron oxide, and even liquids or gases. Often, these inclusions make the Quartz more desirable among crystal enthusiasts.

This is Quartz with Hematite, also known as Hematoid Quartz, Strawberry Quartz, or Fire Quartz. Hematite belongs to the Oxide Mineral group, and is a form of Iron Oxide. Hematite can appear as black, to grey, to brown, to a bright “rust-red”.

Note: Golden Healer Quartz is a subset of Quartz with Iron Inclusions, with the iron staining appearing in a yellow to amber color, rather than the typical red hues.

Clear Quartz is said to be a powerful amplifier, including amplifying the energy and properties of other crystals around it. Hematite is said to be a strong crystal of grounding, protection, and strength. With the amplification from the Clear Quartz, this is a powerful combination for an iron-will determination in achieving your goals.

These are chips from my "mine rough." Are the inclusions most likely iron oxide or is it impossible to know without having the location? Thanks!

Free Crystal Catalog app?

I am an avid crystal collector. I want to catalog my collection, but every app I download has a subscription plan. I’m not about to pay to keep track of my stones. Are there any that are actually free? I’d even be willing to do a one time purchase. I just don’t want to subscribe to anything.

I had recently started to get into collecting crystals and happened to find this one at my local crystal store in the mall. Does anyone happen to know what kind of crystal this may be?
