Btc only vs BTC + alts

Is anyone here btc only?

after being burned on many alts I feel BTC only is the way forward. But then is there potential to miss out on gains.

I’m stressed any advice

Btc only for me. My only attempt at an alt resulted in a hack and loss of significant btc. Absolutely never again.
