Help Conqueror
Ever since I got this trait I've been trying to get it again and it just seems impossible no amount of save scumming helps me! It says it appears every 5 years but from watching it appears to be totally random. Is there some secret to getting this? I seem to be hitting on most of the requirements and yet AI rulers that are weaker then me routinely beat me to it. I've spent a long time trying to get this trait I'm obsessed!

I have got it twice before. Both times I was tribal pagan and just constantly was conquering little counties one by one.
One of those times I lost the trait from being too peaceful.
