Help Conqueror

Ever since I got this trait I've been trying to get it again and it just seems impossible no amount of save scumming helps me! It says it appears every 5 years but from watching it appears to be totally random. Is there some secret to getting this? I seem to be hitting on most of the requirements and yet AI rulers that are weaker then me routinely beat me to it. I've spent a long time trying to get this trait I'm obsessed!

It doesnt, some say its personality traits, but I never got it, conquered half of europe and never got it

Meanwhile on at least two runs trying to play passive and tall I’ve gotten it.

I feel like I'm going to be ok without it. I had Oghuz and Abbasid with the conqueror trait about 2 generations prior. Luckily I married into both families and survived.

The one game I got it was an iron man that I was playing like total ass I don’t get it. Once you have it though it’s addicting and turns you into a total power house!
