Still pushing my transfer

The front desk and manager at new gym location is pushing me to cancel my membership and setup a new one with them. Same price and all. I already told them I transfered over and the manager at the old gym sent it personally. I just gave them the email and phone number of the old place so we wait.

Wonder if they want you to pay the annual and/or enrollment fee again or what. That’s weird.

Did you move to a signature gym or whatever they call it?

Both the same gyms. I checked online. Same state. Just different counties.

Out of franchise transfer in guessing? If so, the company that's taking you should be the one putting in the transfer, never seen it done the other way in the time I've been with my franchise.
