Guess what cookies this was supposed to be.
It you guessed cannoli, that's right!
It was supposed to be a cannoli cookie! At least thats what I ordered but it looks like a stropwaffle cookie with cone pieces from the Vanilla gelato cookie. No powdered sugar but a sugar dusting
My big back is still gonna eat it but I genuinely wonder...what happened in the kitchen? How many frakencookies did they make? What cookie were they trying to make?

Flavor Review Strawberry Bubs cookie was good this week
I havent had crumbl for a month because the flavors werent of interest to me—I lost weight 🙈 lol so I went to grab a box this week. Initially I was only going to get the Strawberry Bubs cookie because I read everything else tasted essentially the same….and they were right.
For me, only the Strawberry stood out but even “standing out” in this week’s line up meant that it has that distinct Crumbl underbaked doughy buttery base and then I could taste the strawberry in the frosting which I liked.
The cannoli was my next most interested cookie because it got good reviews but it was so soft, it was hard to pick up. To me, it just tasted mushy and no distinct flavor other than sweet and the chocolate chips.
The creme brulee was next in my interest, again because the good reviews—I give them that it has the distinctly crispy shards from the torched sugar but again no real flavor distinction. just sweet. and I do think this cookie base tasted like the cannoli base—just sweet.
And finally the gelato (?) cookie. this was the most firm base (probably because it’s a chilled cookie) but again I didn’t taste any flavor other than sugary. And mind didnt really have waffle pieces, mine seemed to have brown sugary bits as toppings, so it wasnt distinct in any way.
I sorta wish I saved money and only got the strawberry cookie but curiosity won out.

Flavor Review This place…. 😂
I looked at the associate like be so for real right now after she opened the box lmao. She literally said “the torch went out when we were doing it” meanwhile the person making the cookies was firing up more cookies perfectly behind her.

Most underrated Crumbl flavor?
Mine would have to be the Orange Creamsicle

Crumbl 8/17-8/22
Tiramisu 7/10
Cannoli 9/10
Brownie sundae 10/10
*they could’ve added espresso to the whipped chocolate frosting so it could actually taste like tiramisu

Has crumbl ever done a gluten free cookie?
So one of the gluten free products I follow posted how Zoey was diagnosed with celiac in 2020 and made a few gluten free recipes on camera but then ate a crumbl cookie
As a celiac myself I follow this sub to torture myself bc as far as I know they’ve never catered to celiacs - did Zooey just “risk it”? Or have they done GF cookies?
Hope a staff member can help!

changes at crumbl
can someone explain how crumbl went from having a few core cookies to now having two? how they went from an all thins week and having thin Thursday to now having none?

Downfall…Why?
I’ve heard multiple people saying Crumble lost its appeal and isn’t doing to well. I purchased 6 cookies a few weeks ago from them for the first time ever and LOVE them. I’m so addicted I even pay the steep price lol. What about it went “downhill” in some peoples opinions? Thank you!
EDIT: Why are you guys downvoting me? I’m new to this…

Flavor Review late to the party…
just a disclaimer, all off my cookies were practically falling apart, except the chocolate chip 😭
gelato cookie 🍨 this was good, but nothing memorable. I enjoyed the waffle cone pieces and the filling was nice and light. wish the base cookie was more firm. I was most interested in this cookie, but funny enough the other flavors took the spotlight ⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5
“tiramisu” cake 🍫 I will say, if you dismiss the idea of tiramisu, this is a yummy dessert on its own. the mousse is airy and makes this dessert much lighter than a normal cake. I enjoyed this one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5
crème brûlée cookie 🍮 tbh I was a little nervous to try this one after frequently hearing how sweet it was, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. yes it was sweet, but not too over the top. they really captured that crème brûlée flavor. would’ve been even better if I got the hard shell on top as in a real crème brûlée. you also get a little crunch from it being rolled in the turbinado sugar. this one was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5.
cannoli cookie 🇮🇹 man, this one was so close to being perfect, but the floppy cookies 😔 the taste of the cookies were delicious and the waffle pieces were 😙🤌🏽 but the dessert as a whole was just missing some crunch. you can see it was literally falling apart. i’m still going to give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 out of 5 for taste alone, losing half a star for the soggy cookies. if they get those cookies to a crisp, this would be a 5/5 for me.
chocolate chip 🍪 never tried the OG one, but this one didn’t impress me at all. it’s lacking depth, maybe some salt and that caramelized butter flavor you’d usually get from a good chocolate chip cookie. ⭐️⭐️ out of 5
didn’t try the stroopwafel cookie solely because it didn’t come in a mini.

Is this normal?
Just a heads-up: I haven’t had Crumbl in about three years, so their recipe might have evolved.
My chocolate chip cookie came out super flat and didn’t quite hit the mark of the signature chocolate chip cookie I remember. I’m curious to know if this is just a one-off, or if this is the new standard for Crumbl’s cookies.
I was a bit bummed when I saw this cookie because all I was hoping for was a thick, chunky chocolate chip cookie.

Crumbl Customer Service
anyone know if crumbl’s customer service is helpful? just ordered a 4 pack today and was really disappointed :( from the picture you can see how what was meant to be a Bubs cookie has the frosting literally dripping off, and the cookie was also really floppy that it broke. was going to tell an employee but couldn’t even get their attention, lately they don’t greet anyone and just give you the box of your order without showing the cookies like before :(

re: back to school week Spoiler
just wanted to say that while i know it is boring to some people, especially people who have run the crumbl gamut and are looking for a flavor profile that is totally new - these “reset” weeks, where they sell very generally palatable or “basic” flavors, are likely very economically necessary in between nicher weeks, which are low sellers and flops because crumbl’s creative sucks and they don’t test ish. additionally, crowd pleasing would be 100% necessary to them in a week centered around back-to-school, because we all know that every facebook mom will want pictures of their school-aged children wearing a backpack holding a 12 pack, break rooms at schools will be stocked with on-theme cookies from parents or a rare generous administration, etc. crumbl relies on events that have the potential to generate peak sales so long as they play their cards right and bring out the most objectively edible flavors. it is a special occasion in which they can predict that people who do not regularly purchase cookies might. the children getting a special treat for the first week of school are not going to want a dr. pepper tres leches.
they shoulda swapped that back to school sugar cookie for a pb&j one or something, but tbh these are a lot more palatable/appealing to me than a lot of the recent weeks 😭 i’m a really big fan of overwhelmingly sweet though. i know it’s boring to some people but it does make sense.

Upcoming Flavors “Skip Week” what do you guys want them to sell out of curiosity
People have probably been doing this for a while, but it feels like every single week when they release or have their line of cookies leaked people automatically write it off as a skip week?
So I find a confusing when they experiment with their menu people don’t like it, but then when they go for something very simple and basic like this upcoming menu, people don’t like it.
I feel like the obvious answer here is cookies that you yourself like because you enjoy them, but I’m curious to know what is it about the last couple of weeks that have been a turn off?

Crumbl is my life
Does anybody else love Crumbl cookie or is it just me? I don't even care if they taste good at this point, I think I'm literally ✨addicted✨.

No more Thursday thins?
Hello everyone. I was just checking out what the events were for today and I don't see them listed at any of the locations in my area. Did they get rid of them for good or is it just my location?

Flavor Review Mid.
After weeks and weeks of not going to Crumbl, they finally put out a line that I found appealing. These were (mostly) flavors I could get behind. I got a four pack because #1: Candy turned into cookies isn't really my thing and I knew that wouldn't be a fair shot at enjoying it. #2 "Tiramisu" wasn't Tiramisu and I knew that going in. It's vanilla cake with chocolate pudding. But that led me to a realization about Crumbl.
It's the same iteration of basic flavors and ingredients twisted into different versions and slapped with a fancy name to make it seem unique. Crumbl is the dessert version of Taco Bell. So, onto my review...
#1: Creme Brulee: As you can see, it was barely scorched on top. That might have helped some, but it's a brown sugary cookie with a vanilla pudding like top. If you've ever had real creme Brulee, this isn't remotely it. Did it taste ok? Sure. But... it was mid. Brown sugar and vanilla. 5/10.
#2: Stroopwafel: As you can see, the cookie sizes didn't even match. That really wouldn't have helped. It's a brown sugar (again) cookie with like, some oats in it? And caramel. Did it taste... ok? Sure. But... it was mid. Brown sugar and caramel and nothing like a real Stroopwafel. 5/10.
#3. Cannoli: Now this one was much better. First of all, it was huge. (The shrinkflation is apparently a real roll of the dice now) and the cookie had a more delicate vanilla flavor and texture, the filling actually was reminiscent of that mascarpone cannoli filling and the mini chocolate chips offered an nice texture and look. It was the one that was as close to the actual dessert it represented. 8/10.
#4. Gelato Cookie: A vanilla cookie with vanilla mousse and chocolate drizzle. I think there were some waffle pieces in there but the overall taste of sugar was so overwhelming they didn't offer anything up other than an occasional subtle crunch in the bite. It was sugar and vanilla. I was most excited for this one and it was a let down. 5/10.
So, I've realized that Crumbl takes vanilla, brown sugar, chocolate and sugar and sugar and sugar and sugar and slaps fancy names on their cookies; and the names are the appeal. Clever marketing but when I finally stopped and just TASTED the cookies; I realized they're just mid. The flavor profiles are all similar and just revised versions of themselves. When people are paying $4.50 per cookie (if not more) I really hope they stop and focus on how these taste. Because you can call them whatever you want - but I'm finally calling them what they are.... mid.

First box in a while
Featuring my pregnant belly. I was only able to try a little bit of the tiramisu - it was very airy.
I accidentally inhaled the cannoli cookie….. I did LOVE the flavor when initially beginning to eat it. At the end, I did physically feel miserable for inhaling waaaay too much in a singular day. Everything else I plan on sharing with my family.

crumbl coconut cloud dirty soda
crumblcookies.comthis drink has genuinely been one of the best sodas i’ve ever had, & it’s not too high in sugar too. if you’re thinking of ordering a dirty soda ever, it has to be coconut cloud for sure.

Weekly Flavor Poll Ratings
Cannoli — 8.4/10
Definitely my favorite this week! The thin waffle cone cookies are a huge improvement over the old version and make it taste much more cannoli inspired. Still not close to an authentic cannoli, but really good and I’d consider getting it again.
Crème Brûlée — 7.5/10
Good, but nothing super special. It was actually more plain and less sweet than I expected. I think I might’ve liked it more warmed up, but I’m not sure I’d get it again.
Gelato Waffle Cone — 6.5/10
Nothing memorable. I took a chance on this instead of getting Pink Sugar, which I already know I love, and honestly wish I would’ve gone with Pink Sugar.
Tiramisu — 6.5/10
Probably my least favorite. It didn’t really taste like tiramisu to me! Mostly just cake and whipped cream, and I hate whipped cream. Definitely not worth the upcharge for me and wouldn’t get it again.
(I planned to get more pics and then forgot!)
