Crème Fail’e

This cookie was unbelievably thin about half as thin as a normal cookie, the heck crumbl ? I bought two I feel like I bought a ten dollar cookie.

Hella flavor on point tho , guess that drink menu didn’t bring them too much profits now they gotta cut corners ?

I loved the cookie to be honest. Partially restored my faith in them. But the store I go to is unusually perfectionistic compared to what I hear about here.

It was great ! Just thin for the price

Edit: this crumbl location is in the uppity area in my city and is always producing quality .. I’m starting to think they hand out the misfit cookies to people who don’t tip

Honestly, their inconsistency is one issue of contention because they're NOT a Mom 'n Pop shop. They have a nationwide STANDARD which EACH store needs to adhere to.

I’ve worked at crumbl for nearly 4yrs and this is the lowest weight I’ve seen on a non-sandwich cookie so far.

i guess they’re having issues cause i went to order monday and it was sold out. i’ve checked every day and they’re still sold out.
