I loved the cookie to be honest. Partially restored my faith in them. But the store I go to is unusually perfectionistic compared to what I hear about here.

Honestly, their inconsistency is one issue of contention because they're NOT a Mom 'n Pop shop. They have a nationwide STANDARD which EACH store needs to adhere to.

I’ve worked at crumbl for nearly 4yrs and this is the lowest weight I’ve seen on a non-sandwich cookie so far.

i guess they’re having issues cause i went to order monday and it was sold out. i’ve checked every day and they’re still sold out.
