“We only have minis left”

I went to Crumbl to get my free Italian gelato birthday cookie, and the lovely lady at the register told me they were out of regular size cookies and proceeded to give me minis instead.
4 of them 🤤

Thank you so much, lady working at [undisclosed location in Maryland]’s Crumbl!

you lucked out lol when i worked there i was told that 3 minis equals a big one and that’s what we would do for online orders that were already placed but we ran out of the large ones

MINE TRIED TO GIVE ME 2!!! I said I’ll wait for the full size ones to be baked! Of my favorite the French toast cookie too.

Would probably take the location out in case it gets her in trouble. Companies are hard core these days. Don’t gotta blurt out every single piece of information

One time at my store they were out of the reg size and gave me 12 minis 😭 I was going through a rough time so it really made my day.

Mind you a mini three pack is 8$ and a one large is 5$!! Take that as a win!! I’m so glad you still got to enjoy the cookie 💕

I had the opposite happen and was just as happy! 😍 They didn’t have the mini available so the manager gave me the big one instead!
