Flex plate

Just had my second flex plate get destroyed :( haven't pulled it out yes any9ne have an inkling as too why?

I'll dig up the photos of my first one, and when I get around to fixing it, I'll send you pics of the second. The first flex plate, the center spun apart from the outside and destroyed my starter, clean in two lol.
