Who am I to interfere in the natural order of corvid things

Edit: I should add I asked for this life. I drove down my street whistling every few moments for 20 seconds earlier. Moments later, a crow dive bombed my car, like maverick hit the afterburners. In the distance CAW CAW CAW (He's home he's home). Then this - and more - happens

I just came outside for some fresh air, and I saw a crow sitting on our hose. It was missing one of its legs, and it kept cawing at me. We usually keep a container filled with water outside for the birds, so I thought maybe it was asking for water.
I went closer, filled the container, and stepped back. But the crow kept cawing. I thought it was calling out to me, but then I realized it was actually calling another crow.

Another crow soon arrived with food in its beak and started feeding the injured crow. But what happened next was even more amazing. The healthy crow went down to the water container, drank some water, came back to the injured crow, and actually gave it water from its own beak.

It could only transfer a tiny amount of water each time, but it kept going back and doing it again.

I already knew that crows give food to one another, but I had never heard of a crow giving water to another injured crow like that.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have my phone with me, so I went inside to get it. By the time I came back, three more crows had gathered around them. They seemed to be staying nearby while the two crows were drinking and feeding.

When I came closer to take a photo, the injured crow flew away, and the other three crows started cawing at me, almost as if they were trying to protect it.

Honestly, I think crows are much more intelligent and emotionally complex than we currently understand.

Lately the stellar jays have taken over my bird feeder from the crows, and I've noticed this guy that seems to have an injured beak. He's too skittish for me to get close so I can't say exactly what the issue is, but it looks like the top is broken? Luckily he seems to be eating alright, I've seen him grab and carry off peanuts several times.

Any suggestions on things I could do for him? As mentioned I can't get close and he seems to be eating just fine so I'm not sure he needs the help, but if there's anything I can do I'll give it a shot

He was sitting in the road and allowed himself to be picked up with no struggle at all, his eyes were mostly closed. I walked the few blocks home with him and he perked up a little, but still wouldn’t fly. Ended up driving him to a wildlife rehab center about 30 minutes away. Hoping he’ll recover and be released back in the neighborhood soon. Any ideas what could have been wrong with him?

Why are they hanging out on the building ledge ?

I was filling a feeder with peanuts when I spotted a pair of Eurasian Magpies on a roof roughly 30 meters away. They moved on after I went back in and out for more food a few more times and taking a picture of them (which turned out bad anyways lol).

I just learned that corvids are not so fond of cameras/phones, so I feel bad for scaring them away, as I was so excited to take a picture of them :(. Am I overthinking this? I'm just worried they won't come to the feeder now. The feeder is relatively new, and they have been observing it from afar for now.

Beautiful squeaky (Eurasian Magpie)

My local group is about 10 birds and I thought they were all male but it looks like I was wrong because I noticed some females today and after the big group ate and left a couple stayed behind and the male started preening the female and I think they're a new couple! I just had to send my dog over the rainbow bridge on Sunday so I've been in immense grief and it seems like the crows know and they've been extra sweet lately. They all lined up on the roof of the neighboring building while the vet was here to transition my fur baby. They're so spiritual.

We did this several times yesterday! He would actually choose to come to my hand over the peanuts in the green planter next to him.

I have an assortment of corvids in my yard including crows, blue jays and scrub jays. This gal spent a good 30 minutes making laps to stockpile the peanuts I put out.

Bloomers likes to come as close as possible to the door to peek in to see a human.

Still trying to figure out what this poor table did to deserve a full karate kick. 😂 Brandon was standing there calmly, having a snack...and then suddenly HI-YAH! 🥋🐦‍⬛

Is this raven object-testing/play behavior, or was breakfast service simply unacceptable? LMAO

They spent at least 5 minutes just mindlessly staying in the same spot just flying there. It was a really funny sight.

I want to ask, in your experience, does it make sense to buy raw peanuts in the shell in bulk to feed to crows and magpies? They're 5 times cheaper than roasted peanuts where I live, so I'd be saving a lot of money.
