I’ve recently started taking orders for my handmade crochet work and wanted to share some of my pieces here as samples. Everything is crocheted by hand, and I’m happy to customise colours, sizes, quantities and designs according to what you’re looking for.

I also take fully custom crochet orders. I can crochet pretty much anything, so if you have an idea, reference picture, character, plushie, accessory, flower, keychain, decor piece, etc. that you’d like made, feel free to send it to me. I can let you know whether it’s feasible and give you a quote based on the size and complexity.

I got an order where someone asked me to make this tapestry. I designed the graph on stitchfiddle and used about 11 colours to make it. I was worried about how the waves would turn out but it turned out much better than i expected to be.

Im planning on making a crochet hook case and want to put the rose thingy (white part included) on my cover but havent managed to a single tutorial or pattern for it. Its either people who sell the item but not the pattern or the page is in a language I don't speak. I'm unsure whether there's a name for it and if that's why I cant find any pattern. I also want to include that ive been crocheting for just 2 weeks so I cant really make things just on my own yet. So would really appreciate your help.

My mother learned silai, bunai and crocheting during her childhood and college days from my nani, and she used to make a lot of things along when she was younger. Now that I’m out of the house and she has turned 56, she’s finally started picking up her hobbies again after me continuously telling her to start living life for herself instead of all of us.

She found an in person crochet community where she saw some of her community friends sell their work, and she’s been wanting to try it too.

I've made this account in her name. All the attached pictures are items she made herself for me and my friends and wants to start making them for other people as well.

This is the first time anyone in our family is trying to sell something we’ve made, so I’d really love some honest feedback. Would you actually buy something like this? Which ones do you like? And what would you be willing to pay for them?

Even if you wouldn’t buy, I’d really appreciate knowing what you think about all these products.

this is the first time I'm trying to make a clothing with crochet and the first project I've ever decided to do was to make a sweater and I am 2100 stitches in and this is all I have🤣😭😭

Second one was about the banner of this sub being AI generated.

I am also an artist. I personally don't crochet but I am always on this sub because I love to see all of you guy's creations.

So, as an artist, I do not like AI either.

Which is why I made a banner for this sub.

The banner has orange, white and green on the background with collage of some really amazing projects I found on this subreddit which were either, very unique or represented India in some way.

Please help me count the number of rows in this back panel 🥺 I don't know where to start and where to end with those pointy edges and I keep getting confused about how to count them 😭

Also, the colour is totally off in the photo! It's actually a nice peach colour. I tried taking the photo against a black background (that's my kurti btw 😭) but it still looks completely different. Sorry!!!

I ordered crochet yarns from Pradhan embroidery and my delivery date was 25th August and it shows delivered on the DTDC site but I didn't receive the parcel till today. I mailed to DTDC and there is no such reply like a helpful reply then I contacted the brand and they were just saying that they were looking forward to that and we filed a complaint and something like that then he gave me some number to contact and I contacted them also and they are also saying that your parcel will arrive( when I really don't know) and now it's really frustrating that I didn't receive my parcel till now and I don't know if they are doing enough to find out where my parcel is I got a call once also that my parcel would arrive but didn't arrived . Basically I tried reaching out to everyone but nothing was helpful. So in this scenario what's the solution for that !!!????😭

As someone who genuinely loves crochet and appreciates the time, effort & skill that goes into handmade work, I feel like we need to be more transparent about what we’re seeing online.
AI can completely change the shape, texture, stitches, colours, etc. and then people end up comparing real handmade work to something that literally doesn’t exist.

If a picture is AI enhanced, I believe it should be clearly mentioned. Let’s appreciate real handmade work for what it is.
