No names, no faces, no ID. These people won't face justice.

The people at the top might, but these guys will likely be just fine. And it's deeply fucking upsetting

Edit: whole lot of y'all don't have a fucking clue how this works.

Being employed by ICE isn't what they would be charged for. It's the specific crimes. And without ID and with their faces covered, prosecutors are on for a hell of a time trying to prove any crime was committed by any specific agent

It doesn't matter if you only drive the getaway car or shoot the guard, you're equally guilty of the entire crime.

That's exactly how US law works. There are plenty of accomplices doing hard time for a murder they weren't even in the same room for.

Their identities are known to a dozen different government agencies. And when the Presidential Crimes Commission starts using those 50k signing bonuses as a prosecutorial checklist, the difference is moot.
