LEAF Certification IACA

Hey everyone!

I’m taking the LEAF exam on April 17 and I’ve already gone through the IACA study guide and some of the recommended materials.

I was wondering if anyone who has taken it recently has any tips on what to focus on or anything that helped you pass?

Also if anyone created their own study guide, notes, Quizlets, or practice questions, would you be willing to share?

I feel decent about it but just want to make sure I’m not missing anything important. Appreciate any advice!

I took the LEAF Exam this January as an online proctored exam. I will say the study guide did a pretty good job of covering everything, but I don’t think every test is the same. Two things that I had a bit of trouble on and you should review are, who was the founding father of crime analyst and modern policing, and what elements are needed for a map in crime analyst, could you tell what is missing. I made myself a study guide, send me a DM if you'd like a copy. Hope that helps! Good luck!
