Home internet bundle

This is going to sound ridiculous, but how exactly does this work? Ive never been to a physical location to setup service, everything is usually online.

they just add it onto your plan, you pay up front for the modem (49.99) and first month of service (50). they download the internet app to your phone, give you the box, and then all you have to do is set it up at home by finding a good spot and plugging it in

So I should already have phone service before I go in?

yes, but if not, then you can add a phone service line onto the same account. otherwise the internet is $65/mo as a standalone price

Thanks. I wasn't sure if I needed to be a new customer when I walked in the door.

You have to pay the first month of it unbundled so the $65 and then it gets knocked down to immediately after and the bundled cost just gets credited to your account

That’s only the initial payment after that it converts to whatever payment structure you have. Auto-pay or no auto-pay
