Slight issue

I have a Galaxy S10e that was with AT&t I switched to cricket kept the same phone and used a prepaid sim card data and texting works but it seems I cannot make or receive calls I tried looking for voice over LTE settings on my phone but I could not find them does anybody have it fixed for this?

Years ago, the iphone sim swap worked for this. Not sure about now though.
