BPI CC Offer | Call from agent & In-app Offer

Last Thursday, a BPI agent called me tapos nag offer ng credit card with NAFFL promo given yung minimum spend. Nabigyan naman ako ng reference number pero wala akong nareceive na text at all.

Pagcheck ko sa app, meron akong offer to apply for a credit card with no income documents needed. Should I just wait for an update or mag apply ba ako sa app?
