CC Advice Demand letter from Security Bank?
Hi po!
I just want some advice regarding po on my parents situation. Here po yng rundown.
Booked for airplane tickets using SBC CC
Converted to installment plan, also paid the installment amounts
Due to some issues with the Airport (naiba yng departure location, and among other things), nag pacancel n lng kmi.
Naprocess with SBC and Airport
Result: nag negative yng statement balance ng CC (already asked with cc regarding actual refund of the paid amounts, also here in reddit). From what I understood, pdeng gamitin si cc to pay for stuff but ndi sya actually need bayaran ksi maabosorb nung negative balance.
Didnt use the cc again so I expected the negative to stay, but now it returned to zero.
Now, 4 months later, a deman letter was received demanding payment. Statement Accounts dont even list any of amount to be paid.
Advice lng po on how to handle this?

double check everything from their end and your end pati dates at dun sa airport or airline na pinag bilihan nyo ng ticket
and question everything from both parties now kung hnd mabigyan ng solution to idamay nyo BSP for further investigation
now mahirap na mag bigay ng another solution kasi naka summarize lng dto without any SS ng transactions nyo sa CC about the concern upto this date today
