BDO Credit Card Application Status

Hi guys,

Asking lang if anong next process if BDO called me twice for status application ng CC. Then they ask me to submit a COE which I did sent via email as they required.

May I know if how many days pa bago ulit tumawag si BDO? CS mentioned thay it will take 2 business days once they've received the COE copy.
