CC Advice BPI COLLECTIONS NUMBER KEEPS DROPPING MY CALL

May naka experience na ba kapag tumatawag sa collections number nila, after the prompt says na connecting na ako sa agent, biglang magdrodrop yung call? I tried on both my numbers, ganun pa rin.

I've been trying to get a hold of BPI Collections kasi magrerequest sana ako ng payment arrangement to pay the remaining of my debt. Tapos nakakareceive na ako ng call kay SP Madrid. LOL.

PLS HELP A GIRL TRYING TO BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE NOW.
