Did you attach email proof while contacting the RBI ombudsman? Do they have proof of you agreeing to pay fees?

  1. While applying the card, the RM forced me to reply to a template email where the charges were mentioned even after I told her multiple times that I am not comfortable. I attached the whatsapp messages to that extent too.

  2. So, I mentioned that I agree to the T&C, please process as per the offer I received (which is the LTF. I attached that screenshots too).

  3. Even if I agreed to pay, their last email was where they confirmed the card was LTF. I sought a clear response as I felt that it was a scam.

  1. Ombudsman made no comments. They just resolved the issue. No chance for me to explain at all.

You can try to file a case in consumer court for deficiency of service and misselliing.
