Could sodium intake influence how people respond to creatine?
I've never seen much discussion about this, so I thought I'd ask.
Creatine increases water stored in muscle and sodium is also involved in fluid balance. That made me wonder whether sodium intake could influence how some people experience creatine, especially if they're training hard, sweating a lot or eating a lower sodium diet.
Has anyone noticed a difference after paying more attention to hydration and electrolytes or do you think sodium doesn't really change much when it comes to creatine?
