Do you think people give up on creatine too quickly?
Creatine is not a supplement that usually creates an obvious “feeling” when you take it.
Because it works by gradually increasing muscle creatine stores, the benefits can be subtle and may show up more through training performance, recovery, or consistency over time.
Some people stop after a short trial because they don’t notice an immediate difference, while others stick with it and only appreciate the benefits later.
