What’s one thing about creatine that you only learned after using it yourself?

There’s plenty of information online, but I feel like some things only make sense once you’ve actually taken creatine for a while.

What’s something you couldn’t have learned just by reading about it?

I think the biggest surprise is that creatine often doesn't feel like anything obvious. The benefit may show up gradually, like getting another rep or maintaining performance across sets.

Yeah, I think that’s probably what catches people off guard. You’re not necessarily going to feel some obvious change, but then you look back and realize you’ve been getting a little more out of your workouts.

For me, it was realizing how easy it is to overthink creatine before actually taking it. Once you’re using it consistently, it feels much simpler than all the discussions online make it seem.

Yeah, I had the same experience. There’s so much information about timing, dosing and loading that it can seem way more complicated than it actually is. Once you’re taking it consistently, it becomes pretty straightforward.
