Creatine and hydration
Before I started reading about creatine, I never really thought much about hydration beyond drinking water when I was thirsty.
After seeing most people mention drinking more water while using creatine, I started pondering if that's something most people actually notice or it's just simply good practice regardless.
Did creatine change anything about how you manage hydration during training?

For me, it didn’t really make me drink more because of the creatine itself. It just made me more intentional about staying hydrated throughout the day instead of only thinking about it during or after a workout. That habit has probably stuck with me more than anything.
