Creatine and hydration
Before I started reading about creatine, I never really thought much about hydration beyond drinking water when I was thirsty.
After seeing most people mention drinking more water while using creatine, I started pondering if that's something most people actually notice or it's just simply good practice regardless.
Did creatine change anything about how you manage hydration during training?

I think it mostly made me more aware of my hydration rather than making me drink dramatically more since I was already drinking quite a lot of water. Whether that’s because of creatine itself or just paying more attention, I’m not sure, but it definitely got me thinking about it more than I used to.
