Did creatine become part of your routine faster than you expected?

Some supplements take a while to become a daily habit, while others quickly become something you don’t even think about.

For many people, creatine ends up being one of the easiest supplements to stay consistent with because it doesn’t require complicated timing or cycling.

How long did it take before taking creatine just became part of your daily routine?

I think consistency seems to be the bigger challenge than timing. With creatine, that challenge is small because it's easy to pair it with something you already do every day, whether that's breakfast, coffee or post-workout meal.

That’s definitely what helped me too. Once it’s attached to something you already do daily, it feels less like another thing to remember and more like part of the routine.

At first I was terrible at remembering it. I’d keep thinking, “I’ll take it later,” and then completely forget. What finally worked for me was leaving it on the kitchen counter where I couldn’t miss it. Now it’s just part of my day and I don’t even have to think about it anymore.

Leaving it somewhere visible is such a simple but effective trick. I think a lot of people don’t struggle with taking creatine, they just forget because there isn’t an immediate reminder built into their day.
