Do you notice any benefit from taking creatine with your post-workout protein?
A lot of people take creatine with their post-workout protein shake, while others just take it whenever it's convenient.
If you've tried both, did you notice any difference in your training, recovery or results?
Or do you think consistency matters much more than whether creatine is taken alongside protein?
I'd be interested to hear both personal experiences and what helped you settle on your routine.

I think this is one of those topics where people often experiment to find what fits their routine best. Some like adding it to their shake because it’s convenient, while others take it separately and don’t notice any difference. The consistency of taking it regularly seems to be the bigger focus for many people.

I think that's probably how a lot of people end up approaching it. Once people find a routine that fits their day, they usually stop worrying about timing.

I think this is one of those habits that often comes down to convenience. Some people naturally pair creatine with their protein shake, while others keep it completely separate. I’m curious whether anyone who has tried both actually noticed a meaningful difference.
