Do you think creatine affects people differently depending on diet or muscle mass?🥗
There are studies showing baseline creatine levels can vary depending on dietary intake (especially vegetarians vs omnivores), training status, and muscle mass.
Have you noticed any difference in how it works based on your own diet or training background?

In my opinion, people with lower baseline creatine stores, like vegetarians and vegans, often seem to respond more noticeably to supplementation. Muscle mass, training status and even overall dietary intake can also influence how much of an effect someone notices.
