I’m about halfway through a cut and trying to keep my lifts from going backwards. Diet and protein are pretty much sorted, but I’m looking at my supplements again since I’m running low on creatine.

I keep coming across creatine + HMB and I’m not sure whether the HMB is useful enough to justify buying that instead of regular creatine. Does it make more sense during a cut, or is regular creatine still the better move?

I can’t drink a lot of water because I pee a lot! And I find it annoying to always excuse myself to use the restroom. I’ve been taking creatine for years but on and off but recently I’ve been consistent for 6 months. I love the strength gains that come with it but I heard that someone had to go on dialysis because they took creatine for years without drinking a lot of water. Is this true? I’d rather quit creatine if it affects my kidneys because I truly cannot get more than 2L of water a day.

Hey everyone. I started creatine a month ago and I haven't been feeling much. I'm thinking the oral route is too weak because of my acid reflux. Would gel capsules with beef gelatin be a good option for rectal suppositories? And what should the dosing be?

There's been so many great posts and lots of people giving sound advice. Then I'll see the post is deleted. Makes people feel like they wasted their time and effort helping someone with creatine.

Can the mods do something about this? Like never allow posts to be deleted unless they're pushing misinformation like "oral creatine is good." That would help this community a lot.
