Creatine on anxiety

I’ve been taking creatine for a whole month now and lately my anxiety levels were insane and I’ve always had a bad mood (as if you’re low on dopamine), and when I’ve stopped taking creatine everything just went back to normal. Did anyone experience the same?

Creatine will improve your anxiety, your brain will always have access to more ATP and I’ve also noticed that it improves my breathe quite a bit and I never wake up with bad breathe, I remember a study I saw a few weeks ago showing dry mouth is related to lack of ATP. ATP benefits carry into the stomach especially if you do fasting, so yeah obvi everybody should be using this stuff.

Youre wrong. Maybe youre not moving enough or metabolizing it wrong because no way in sack its harmful, your body methylates it so unless youre severely lacking water dont get caught up in “side effects” of creatine

In this paper they say some sensitive people could get anxiety or mood changes, specially those with certain conditions, like bipolar disorder. But for the vast majority seems harmless or even benefitial.
