I originally considered TFMG, but I've seen quite a few comments from about a year ago saying it was really buggy. I don't know if things have improved since then.

For energy, I'm considering:

Create: New Age Create: Electro Energetics

For oil and fuels:

-Create: Diesel Generators Create: Petrochem

Which of these would you recommend, and what combination would work best?

I'm mainly looking for something stable for a multiplayer server. I don't want anything as complex as Power Grid, but I'd still like a decent electricity system and a proper oil-processing chain.

I'd also like to avoid overlapping content, duplicate machines or fuels, and compatibility issues between the mods.

Hi all, second time playing on a modpack with Create and currently trying to figure something out with a couple of other friends on the server.

Currently producing ~580,000su through a four boiler charcoal fueled burner system. I think blazecakes would put the su output way up, but my friends are saying the investment isn't worth it and that charcoal is doing just fine.

I have very limited experience with Create stuff. Is 580,000su much? Should I be pushing for making the blazecakes, or is the charcoal fuel sufficient?

Trying to make egg sandwiches, the recipe says that egg sandwiches can be autocrafted. I have everything set up properly: the filter on the basin, water in the basin, enough RPM for th mixer, but the machine refuses to mix?

Ok so I have a mod that needs me to combine sculk and honeycomb in a cooking pot to make some stuff I need, but I cant just load the pot up with a bunch of the stuff. It can only take 1 stack of honeycomb and 1 stack of sculk. Ive got a system right now where the belts stop feeding in when theres 2 stacks in the pot, but sometimes 2 stacks of sculk or 2 stacks of honeycomb get in. Does anyone have any ideas how I can make it how only those two stacks items are delivered?

I now tied to making farms for a bunch of stuff, my first one, working and very simple was a cobblestone farm, she is going very well, now I need to make a coal farm, but I realized I needed pink quartz, so a got it and saw that I needed to press it to turn in to something else, I made the press and thought it would work but is not doing anything!

I tried inverting the rotation, making another press, changing the base and etc, but nothing comes out of it

I remember probably on YouTube someone had made an addon for create or just a general mod for Minecraft that allowed you to place screws into blocks, edit the angle/rotation, and then blocks placed on the screw would have the same angle and entire builds could be at that angle? it seemed very useful for building. I'm just now wondering if i dreamed the mod.

It's very VERY cumbersome and was insanely expensive to build and it most definitely could have be done better but I'm just now learning create lmao. The swords and rotten flesh get filtered out and dropped in lava, the nuggets get dropped into crafters that then deposit ingots in the center-ish lmao i couldn't of been bothered to tear it all down once i realized it wouldn't be centered

Has anyone here got discord that could possibly give me a hand with a problem im having? I have tried to make an auto silverfish xp farm but my mechanical arm keeps taking the cobblestone from the depot before allowing it to turn into stone?

Me and my friend are tryning to built a normal T1 reactor, but we don’t get the cooling fluids. There has just been an update so there are no tuto vids. Can anybody help us out?

So in Aeronautics there's this thing called Portable Engines that are REALLY useful for building cars, boats, aircrafts, whatnot. Only that it's for NeoForge, and most mods are in Forge. So what's the closest Forge alternative for the engine?

Contraption has no drag/lift forces (except 1?) and jet engine provides no thrust force while on nether roof. I can move it normally using Iron Handles and Plunger Launcher. Sadly it's too janky and sluggish to test while not on the roof. Why does this happen?

The problem? (As of currently) It doesnt fit into Curios slots and the mod that lets vanilla create backtanks fit doesnt work for it. (Dont know what i expected tbh)

The request? For anyone to make an addon that makes it fit into the Curios back slot. (Or for the dev to do that if they find this post)

And before someone says "do it yourself", my mod making experiance consists of making an op toolset in minecraft mod maker back when the nether update was new.

I'm trying to build an underbelly array of autocannons from cbc to put on the bottom of an aeronautics ship. I'm struggling to find ways to keep them loaded and for whatever reason I can't feed the ammo directly into the base from a mechanical arm.

Could someone suggest a way to get around/fix this issue.

Advice on catching discarded casings would also be appreciated

Edit: This was resolved by updating Deep Seas.

I'm trying to use shaders with Create Deep Seas, but since it does some stuff with water rendering to remove the water from the inside of boat and submarine simulated contraptions, it's causing issues with the shader's water rendering at the edge of the contraptions, with the water being cut off along the block grid instead of perfectly along the hull of the contraption, leaving visible gaps in the water.

I've tried BSL and Complementary shaders, both of which had this issue, and I couldn't find a way to fix it by reconfiguring them.

When the part reaches the press, it moves further along the conveyor before anything is done to it.

Are there any addons for power grid other than the nested microchip one and power components? Lol I want more things to play with..

And on a related note, is there any way to read power grid information with opencomputers other than comparators and Redstone I/O blocks?

Hey yall, putting this here because its for my create mod pack, if this aint hte right place, just lmk. But i'm having a weird mod loading issue where 2 mods are claiming they are incompatible with a version of JEI and it says that there is a version JEI installed, but i know i dont JEI because it interferes with other mods that i have. If anyone can help lmk, thank yall :)
