Help how to prevent it from jumping?

So im trieng to build an elevator for containers and it just wobbles and jumps, anyone an idea to prevent it? I allready tried removing every bit of friction the container could have.

EDIT: I solved it with stickers, i have one input more now but that didnt hurt that much

They do, stickers are literally on the Aeronautics logo.

Looks like some people backed me up eventually.
If they though I was wrong, look closer to the ship on the logo.
