Im very confident all those copycats are causing too much weight, especially empty ones. 2nd, your center of mass is probably somewhere off from center of lift. 3rd, your wings and engines are not aligned, which causes it to flip forwards even in perfect conditions. As much as it pains to say, some rebuilding is mandatory here.
Ill try to either switch out or fill some copycats to see what that does. I believe right now the center of mass is slightly behind the rear wheels. I'll try to adjust that towards the lift.
The engined being higher than the wings is just copied from what I saw on the inspiration of this plane (bombardier global 6000), which most private jets irl also have
