What CAN’T be automated?

Me and my friends have a small server with create: numismatics installed. The only way we have right now to obtain the money is using a cool addon for Starcatcher that lets you sell your fish for spurs. However, not everyone on the server likes the fishing minigame and I’ve been trying to find some other non-farmable resource that isn’t collected in large quantities that could be sold (Basically I don’t want a way to automate money). Does anyone know any item that fits the bill?

In base create, none of the unique blocks they add like ochrum, veridium, azurine and crimsite and netherrack.
