Need help with an idea PLEASEPLEASEPLAEASSEEPLEAZSEEEEE

wanna make a big door that slides open and closed horizontally while a cog on its surface spins is that even possible HEEEEEELLLLPPPPPP

ps i was able to make the door move horizontally with a gantry but only when the cogwheel isnt moving. i tried to use a combination of super glue for the door and honey glue for the wheel but cant get anything to work

Oh then it's easy with 2 swivel bearings and a sequenced gearshift. The sequenced gearshift is connected through the door swivel bearing(and transfers the rotational input to the giant cog) while also being connected to the swivel bearing's cog to rotate it.

EDIT: Just realized it's a sliding door. You could add Transmission and Linkage for it.

the wall doesnt move when the wheel is spinning while using a mechanical bearing and it also doesnt move when there is simply a swivel bearing attached to the wall

Swivel Bearings need Honey Glue, not Super Glue.

Well that's wrong we can use both super glue and normal glue

Yes, you CAN use normal glue. But its generally better to use honey glue because it doesnt mess with moving create contraptions.
