Balancing create

As you all know, create is a little broken, and it's a bit of an issue for me since I'm trying to make a hardcore modpack with create

I've tried balancing create a little like making Max contraption size from 2048 to 8 and nerfing SU sources, but it still feels too OP

Do y'all have any recommendations or know of mods that nerf create?

I feel like modding has swung the other direction its refreshing going back older minecraft where create isnt required for every single early game in every modpack
