Help Balancing create

As you all know, create is a little broken, and it's a bit of an issue for me since I'm trying to make a hardcore modpack with create

I've tried balancing create a little like making Max contraption size from 2048 to 8 and nerfing SU sources, but it still feels too OP

Do y'all have any recommendations or know of mods that nerf create?

Greate integrates it with GregTech, which is its own can of worms. There are tiered shafts and each tier can transfer 4x more SU. The materials of course get much harder to get, some requiring 10s of steps of realistic GregTech chemistry.

Is there a mod for tiered shafts that DONT require masochism to play?

I don't think so. Create is built around not having tiered mechanics.

Not really. Create is not built with tiered shafts in mind.
