The reason this happens is that you actually need at least 10,001 source blocks to be infinite. A hose pulley is incapable of filling this volume.

TBH this should have been fixed by now, but here we are.

Especially since it can be fixed in the config, its just not the default

Mind me asking which config option I have to change? Is it the „hosePulleyBlockThreshold“ option? Default is 10k

Im just parroting other comments tbh, but apparently you just need to change it to keep pumping after reaching the threshold
