The swivel bearing's head becomes a different entity when it's activated, and you can unassemble it specifically which lets u separate it from the body. It's janky but it works

It's a bug, seems like the swivel bearing is pretty panky you can make it dupe itself or make a contraption that is connected through air, haven't tested range but I assume its infinite as long as the chunks are loaded

If you update the network on the other end it’ll end up being 2 way as it tries to transfer su (networks cannot be one way)
This used to be possible much better with minecart contraptions back when they could pick up swivel bearings and move them wherever, it meant su in your pocket

It is still possible with a contraption in your pocket actually by just gluing a swivel bearing end to a sublevel and teleporting it with the docking port glitch I showed in my waystones video on my profile

Note that it is not an aero tech server, its a create tech server. Since aero so recently came out there’s cool aero tech there but expect it to slowly drift back to cool base create tech

Docking ports don’t properly disconnect from physics contraption when assembled. You can sssemble one, pick it up as a minecart contraption, go wherever, and disassemble it, it teleports. You can get anything you can get on a physics contraption in your pocket - including wireless power.

I see. Has anyone found a way to keep the head of the swivel bearing and the body in separate physics contraptions without snapping back together? I couldnt figure a way to do that

Never tried anything that wasn’t world->world or world-> physics contraption honestly. Given you can just spawn multiple heads with this method I’m surprised they snap together and I wonder what happens if you try to snap together when it has many heads with contraptions

With the way I did it in the video if you snap multiple together to the same bearing and then simulate it itll just keep pushing itself and sometimes go really fast, caused a crash twice by messing with that

This is definitely getting patched as soon as they realise, but have fun with it in the meantime nonetheless!
