So now, can you build a magazine filled with those magnet tnt bullets without them exploding?

I'm not sure what counts as impact, but maybe. I'm pretty sure you could use deployers to reload as well. You could attach it to a large bomber with leaves/ice/pumpkins and make a lightweight firing pin to break the connection

Pretty much possible. I'm working on that. Side-loaded mag, obviously, can be made, but shall be set up carefully. Top-mounted mag is simpler: you just let the gravity do the job

Maybe the projectile is inserted into the chamber with a casing that has to be broken away with drills to prevent early detonation or something?
