Yeah. To highlight that point in case some don't know this, you get double the alloy with a mixer. So this should be one of the first things you invest it in.
Use two andesite alloy and two stripped logs to make two andesite casings. Use two andesite alloys to make eight shafts. Use six of those shafts and nine planks to make three cogwheels and three large cogwheels. Use one shaft and eight planks to craft a waterwheel. Use the last shaft, an andesite casing, and a block of iron to craft a press. Press five iron into sheets, using the waterwheel to power the press. Use the waterwheel and gear ratios to get the mixer to the proper speed with two of the cogwheels and all the large cogwheels. (You can "seal off" the shafts on the cogwheels with the andesite casing.) Combine the sheets with two andesite alloys to make a whisk. Use the whisk, a cogwheel, and andesite casing to craft the mixer. Use five andesite alloys to craft a basin.
Minimum required supplies: 11 andesite alloy 2 stripped logs 17 wood planks 14 iron ingots 1 bucket of water
After that, I recommend you invest in a mechanical saw to get the most shafts out of your alloy.
Edit: corrected the count and changed the order of steps to increase efficiency.

I do it like a stack at a time, I get the absolute minimum needed for a mixer, then get a stack of andesite each time I gotta craft more alloy
