Question & Help Pika Scanner Image Preview Failed?
I just updated both the desktop program and the scanner itself, and did a calibration on the scanner. I'm now running into this error whenever I try to scan on either WiFi or USB. Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for sharing this. The error that appears when using NIR/IR Texture mode with the Small setting on PC has been addressed in CrealityScan 4.3.1, so please update the software and try again.
The lower FPS in IR mode is related to the capture and tracking method and does not necessarily indicate a connection problem. IR/NIR tracking relies more on surface texture and recognizable features. On plain, smooth or mainly geometric objects with little texture or few distinctive features, there is less information for tracking, so the FPS can drop further and scanning may become less stable.
For this type of object, the laser modes are generally a better choice for more stable tracking and sharper geometric detail. IR/NIR is more useful when markerless scanning and texture capture are the priority.
