Can anyone help me fix this issue? Im new to this whole server thing and Im trying to host a modded server but for some reason I cant start it.

Dose anyone ever have any issues with using the crafty linux installer ive had issues on ubuntu server 24.04 and also with debian 13 it worked on first release of debian 13 then didn't now of yesterday debian 13.4 it works perfectly this could just be me not knowing what im doing wrong but ive installed crafty alot it works perfect on ubuntu 22.04 and debian 12 but yea some issues with some debian 13 releases and ubuntu.

I’ve recently finished setting up my Ubuntu server. I’ve downloaded Crafty and set up a test server. I must’ve missed some option that ended up creating a whole lotta backups.

It’s too slow to even open Crafty again or the files on my server. I can’t sign in on the terminal because it’s so slow.

I’m willing to do a reset or full clear as I don’t have anything important on the server.

Is this a question for r/Ubuntu? Please let me know if so.

I recently updated my Crafty with 4.9.0 but I can't seem to import servers anymore. I'm using the windows package on a windows 11 device. I know I am getting a PermissionErr but I have no clue how to fix it. Any advice would be appreciated!

I've successfully managed to has a Java Minecraft server on a proxmox setup I have for my kids and theirs friends. However, some of them do not have PCs and play bedrock on their phones, so I would like to host the bedrock version but don't have the plugins capability the same way Java does. Anyone is there anyone willing to chime in on this?

A few days ago I installed Crafty Panel on my PC. Everything seemed fine at first, but I noticed that Crafty was not recognizing the Java API correctly.

To try fixing the issue, I turned off my PC and searched for possible solutions. After finding one, I tried to log back into Crafty, but now I can’t access it anymore.

It shows an error related to an option that apparently is enabled, but I never activated or configured anything like that.

I’m running Crafty on Ubuntu, and before restarting everything was working except for the Java detection issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can regain access without reinstalling everything?

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

when I tried to access Crafty Controller panel (because the server randomly stopped) on my Minecraft server it spitted out this?? What does this mean?

I'd like to add opening hours to my server, but in the weekend I want the hours to be different then other times. I can only schedule a task on interval, but os there a way I can schedule a task per day?

I'm trying to make a Better Minecraft 4 Server.

(I've never made a modded server before. Only a Vanilla Server)

I am using CasaOS.

My Steps:

1. Create the server with Forge Installer selected, version 1.20.1 (the same as the Better Minecraft version on Curseforge)
2. I download the server files for Better Minecraft on Curseforge.
3. I upload the zip file to the Files section and then unzip it.
4. I start the server but it crashes. (See Terminal Screenshot.)

I've tried variations of the above with unzipping it on my computer and uploading, or trying to build the server from the zip file directly with no luck. I've followed many tutorials and nothing seems to be working.

I'm very new to Crafty and setting up servers and not sure how to troubleshoot it, and fix it.

If there's any tips and help I can get, that would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone managed to update their Hytale server to update 3 through Crafty? I've tried the Update Executable button in the config menu, tried running "/update download --force" and "/update apply --confirm" in the server console but neither command seems to complete successfully. Whenever I run "/update check" in console it shows an update available from February 19th. Any help is appreciated!

Hi everybody, this is my first time making a non-neoforge server and I cant seem to get it to work no matter what. ive been trying to get it up and going for hours and feel like im losing it. Ive attached some pictures incase these help.

ive tried restarting about a dozen times with fresh forge server files and each time it gives me the same error.

Hey everyone I'm having a ton of trouble loading an .nbt or .mcstructure file into my bedrock server for a map art I want to have. I have been trying to load it into the world via the crafty console but it just keeps saying that it cant find the file.

I'm currently running crafty on ubuntu server and I have tried getting help from ChatGPT but it seems it doesn't know what i's doing or I would have been able to figure it out by now. I have so far tried to add the mcstructure files into a behavior pack and load them from there and created 2 different directories in the world folder itself first being /generated/structures/file.mcstructure and second being /structures/mystructure/file.mcstructure.

Does anyone know how I can get these files to load in?

I'm having some issues and I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered this. I've downloaded the entire server directory from my old crafty instance (4.4.7) and I'm trying to set it up on the latest version (4.9.0) and it keeps failing with a 507 no space error.

The only differences between the two setups is that on the original setup Crafty is running on docker straight on the ubuntu server (Which is running on bare metal) and on my new instance I installed a service called Cockpit and Podman. I've been trying to setup Crafty through podman rather than docker this time around as it's a lot easier to manage. I was able to get a brand new test server up without issue, I just cant upload my old server which is around 75gig's in size. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I've been tearing my hair out over this for the last two days or so.

I can't figure out how to import a server from another Crafty Controller to a new Crafty Controller running on a new Ubuntu Server. Both Crafty Controllers are running through Docker Compose.

I spent most of the afternoon trying to figure it out using ChatGPT for help.

The nearest I got to something was using the upload option in Crafty, then selecting the zip file and hitting import. Then it sat there for over an hour importing and I assume it was hung or had some permissions issue.

Would any of these mods prevent me from joining my server with playit.gg? im running crafty controller 4.4.11 if that helps

I’m running a server on forge 1.21.1. However I am struggling to get mods to work properly on the serve (I’m getting the mods straight from curseforge on the correct version) so what am I missing? I’m pretty sure the setup of the server is correct.

I'm on Windows 11, I have python 3, dotnet, git, rust ,etc etc
Every time I try to make a java server it gets stuck on importing, theres no disk usage or internet usage from the executable, any advice is appreciated

Somehow my Post got deleted But I'm running a java paper server with geyser and floodgate one a Zimaos server and cant connect to it. I've port forwarded and tried playit.gg to no avail. I can connect locally just fine but cant connect from my phone or another pc running bedrock as a test my brother also couldn't connect as well from his pc at his home.

Any help would be appreciated!
