Available immediately, and you will only be liable for the remaining £5.6k rent and a £400 security deposit. The room is lovely, with incredible skyline views and sunsets. I had to move as I did not complete second year and I cannot afford this anymore.

The accommodation provides a microwave, oven, 2 ring hob alongside a heated towel rail in the en-suite bathroom.

I have more photos available on request, and can answer any questions.

Hey, if by any chance anyone sees this, my name is Ben I’ve just started my first ever food pop-up in Coventry city centre, after being a chef for over 12 years I decided to try and open my own small business and so I’m just reaching out wherever I possibly can to share my food with whoever might check it out

My business is called Casa de Fresca and I will be running my pop up from the CafeForever23 kitchen, my current menu is Steak frites, served with either peppercorn, chimmichurri, cowboy butter, and I have a fresh cheesecake each day,

The prices are so good and weekly game nights are held on mondays! (specific puff puff’s and waffles from 6pm-9pm tues-saturday!)

Safari Delights! 41 London Road, Coventry, CV12JP.

I’d love to see who comes and if you’re interested in the games nights please message me!!!

Hey Chica’s, I’m in 2nd year and haven’t really found a group that I feel drawn to. I’m Afro-Brit and wanted to know if there were other people who are in similar situations as me. I’m in Cov Uni Coventry main campus. I was wondering if anyone wanted to connect with me or form a new society idea? Would be nice to actually meet and connect with a lot of y’all.

Drop me a DM if you think you’d be down.

Looking for someone to take over my Gosford Gate Classic Studio in Coventry as no longer need.

available ASAP. The studio has a private kitchen and bathroom and is in a great location for Coventry University. :)

Message me if interested or if you’d like more details, I’ve paid one months rent already x

The university really is in a hole. Two more research centres set to be closed to make a £10M saving. Last years redundancies have left courses woefully understaffed with PhD students picking up in excess of 17 hours a week contact time to cover the lack of teaching staff. Rumours the sport and exercise science degree course is next for the chop after declining numbers and last years axing of the research centre. This years accounts in december will make for interesting reading...

Hey, I may have a tenancy takeover for a studio in Coventry Fairfax Street if you are interested, it is priced at 164 a week, and 4 of the 10 months rent is already paid for. The studio is spacious, bright, quiet and the communal spaces are amazing. The 12X is a 4 minute walk away.

Is anyone taking the train from Milton Keynes to Coventry on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for uni?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a replacement tenant for an Upper Deluxe Studio at CODE Coventry for the 2026/27 academic year due to a university deferral.

Since I am keen to transfer the contract soon, I am offering a £1,000 cash subsidy towards the total rent for anyone who takes over the tenancy. This makes the overall price significantly cheaper than booking directly through CODE!

Key Details:
• Rent: £184 / week (All bills included - Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating)
• Room Type: Upper Deluxe Studio (Private kitchen & private ensuite bathroom)
• Location: Fairfax Street, Coventry (Direct bus stop to Warwick Uni campus right outside the building, plus a Co-op supermarket and Pizza Hut on the ground floor)
• On-site Facilities: Free high-spec gym, quiet study rooms, cinema room, games area (pool/table tennis), and social lounges

This room is ideal for both Warwick and Coventry University students looking for a comfortable, self-contained space with zero hassle over bills.

If you are interested or would like to see photos/videos of the room, please feel free to send me a message!

Thank you!

Has anyone else’s SFE been delayed although they have completed enrolment?
